I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it's been to work with PFA in preparation for my May 1st wedding. First, Lynn (who I know you know is not on the official payroll, but, trust me, does plenty of promotion for you guys here at Merck) was so enthusiastic about you and your band.

Then, there was Donna who couldn't be more pleased to be the "go-between" for Gary and myself with the initial reservations and price negotiations. And finally, Gary, going out of his way, immediately upon returning from his vacation to arrange for proof of liability insurance to be purchased and then sent to my caterer. I'm sure this is an abnormal request, but Gary came through!

Everyone has been extremely responsive and pleasant to work with and I am very much looking forward to the opportunity to have you play at our wedding. Thank you, again, for putting together such a quality group and a supportive staff. I know the talent is often the focus of the band, but that, combined with the support from the folks I've worked with for the past few months can only make other musical groups pale in comparison. It's clear that it's a combination of the professionalism, focus on customer service, and the incredible talent that will put PFA in the spotlight for years to come!
